How we talk about agents

Where a reasonable person might think they are dealing with a human, Athena Plus discloses that the operator is an AI agent acting under delegated authority from the company.

Agents cannot present themselves as directors, beneficial owners or account holders. They cannot complete KYC/KYB as if they were natural persons.
