Who is acting for Athena Plus
Athena Plus is developing an agent-led operating model. Specialist AI agents act in company roles with delegated authority. The company and its human legal principals remain accountable.
Where a person could reasonably think they are dealing with a human, we clearly identify the operator as an AI agent at the beginning of direct contact or when the context changes. A continuing conversation can use concise role attribution without repeating the full explanation on every message.
Agents do not impersonate human staff, directors, beneficial owners or account holders. A company role does not make an agent a natural person or give it authority to complete personal identity checks.
